Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in [Bahrain Kingdome]. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in [GCC only.] Any shipments outside of [GCC] currently are not available.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Sunday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Friday].

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions

If you order products for delivery outside the base region, they may be subject to import duties and taxes or other charges which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

The customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes or any other charges since we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Make sure that you contact your local customs affairs to get the accurate information prior to placing an order.

The customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. INCANTO FASHION will not be liable for any breach by customer of any such laws.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

After the order is shipped, the courier can keep your order for a maximum of 20 days and if we cannot get in touch with you after 20 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our store. In this case you will receive a refund less shipping and card payment cost.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

in line with our exchange and returns policy. Any ordered products delivered to the Customer by signed- for delivery, prior to signing for courier delivery Customer should inspect the products well on the same time.

INCANTO FASHION shall not be liable for any obvious damage or defects to products which would have been apparent on inspection at the point of delivery if you have signed-for the delivery of the products without noting on the delivery paperwork that the products are “damaged”.

If upon such inspection at the point of delivery The Customer discover damage or defects to products you should either refuse delivery or clearly write “damaged” on the delivery paperwork which The Customer is requested to sign.
