Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

The Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses worldwide.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is placed an estimated delivery time will be provided, Deliveries are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order and to be used as a guide only subject to the order acceptance / approval.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, INCANTO FASHION will make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the order date. Please remember that deliveries are only made on business days. Business day means “Sunday to Thursday” except holidays.

4. Delivery Instructions

Foreign delivery might be subject to import duties, the customer declares payment responsibility for such import duties, taxes or other charges which are levied of specified destination delivery. The shipper has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Prior to placing an order, please contact your local customs affairs to get accurate information to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of destined country. INCANTO FASHION will not be liable for any breach by customer of any such laws.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the order weight and delivery method. simply add the items you would like to purchase on the cart and proceed to checkout. shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout screen. additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas, and large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

After the order is shipped, the courier can keep your order for a maximum of 20 days and if they cannot get in touch with you after 20 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our store. a refund less the associated shipping and card payment cost will be processed.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

In line with our exchange and returns policy. Any delivery by courier company requires customer signature – prior to signing the customer should inspect the products. INCANTO FASHION shall not be liable for products obvious damage/ defects would have been apparent on inspection at the delivery point as well as if not been noted on the delivery paperwork that the products are “defected/ damaged”. upon such inspection if damage or defects discovered, customer should either refuse delivery or clearly write “damaged/defected” on the delivery paperwork.

INCANTO FASHION will carefully examine the returned product, within a reasonable time notify the customer by email if the product may be exchanged or whether the customer has a right to a refund. The refund or replacement of the article shall take place as soon as possible after the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the product is going ahead. If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, INCANTO FASHION will give the customer a complete refund including the charges you have accrued for delivery and return.

The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

All rights recognized in current legislation shall be, in any case, safeguarded.
